Questions, answered

Do I need exact map data?

No. Start with the place, the day, or the story. A screenshot, a GPS file, or even a rough sketch of the journey is enough — we will guide you through the rest.

Can I see the design first?

Always. You receive a full preview to approve before anything is made, with one round of refinements included.

What if I need it by a date?

Tell us the date when you order. A piece takes about ten making days after you approve the preview, plus delivery — if the timing is tight, message the studio first and we will be honest about what is possible.

Is it fragile?

It is a solid, display-weight piece — made to be held, not locked away. Treat it like fine ceramic: avoid hard falls and long direct sun, and it will keep its color for years. Care notes come in the box.

Can I add a message?

Yes — a short line on the piece itself, and a longer personal note on the story card tucked inside the box.

What is it made of?

Each piece is designed digitally from your real route, crafted layer by layer in a durable matte material, then finished and checked by hand in warm, gallery-calm tones.
